Fuzz, sag, and plenty of character.

Barktone Fuzz uses Darlington transistors and vintage 1960s carbon-composition resistors to cover weighty chords, sharp leads, and low-tuned riffs. The signal path is entirely analog.

Sag and Fuzz work together to move between broken-up, sputtering textures and saturated sustain. Separate clipping and EQ switches make it easy to reshape the response.

01 / Shape your sound

At your fingertips.

Level: Sets output loudness, with extra level available for a boost.
Sag: Changes transistor bias to imitate a weakening battery. Explore splattery breakup or longer sustain in combination with Fuzz.
Fuzz: Turn clockwise for more fuzz intensity.
Tone: A dual-mode filter shapes bass and treble while leaving the mids clear: from deep growl to bright fizz.
Grit switch: Symmetrical clipping adds compression and sustain; asymmetrical clipping brings more definition and dynamic response.
EQ switch: Choose a midrange boost, a flat response, or a mid scoop.
